Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of wecrates (wecrates.lol). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use wecrates.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use wecrates.
• Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person, one account for personal use. Don't create accounts to evade a suspension.
• Usernames that impersonate others, the wecrates team, or are offensive may be changed or removed.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put on your profile — text, images, music, links. You give wecrates permission to store and display it so your profile works. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload, including music.

3. What's not allowed

• Impersonating people, brands or the wecrates team.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeting individuals.
• Sexual content involving minors (reported to authorities), or explicit content without a clear warning.
• Scams, phishing, malware, or links that harm visitors.
• Illegal content, or content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
• Spam, fake engagement, or abusing likes, views, reports or redeem codes.
• Attacking, overloading or trying to break into the service.

Staff may hide profiles, remove content, rename usernames or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Badges, Pro and redeem codes

Badges, Pro access and redeem codes are given at our discretion, may be time-limited, have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold. We may change which features are part of Pro. If Pro is ever sold, any purchase terms shown at checkout apply in addition to these.

5. Third-party services

Integrations (Discord, Spotify, GitHub, Twitch, YouTube, Steam and others) are provided by their owners under their own terms. wecrates isn't affiliated with them. Connected data is shown as those services provide it.

6. Availability and changes

wecrates is provided "as is". We try to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features and update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, wecrates.lol isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or content posted by users. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
